Weber Shandwick and KRC Research have just released this infographic showing the results of a survey they conducted in September of 2,004 American adults who’d recently made one or more purchases of consumer electronics (CE) products (i.e. smartphones, tablets, cameras or TVs).

What's really interesting is that the vast majority (77%) of those polled pay more attention to opinions from other consumers than those from professional reviewers.
