So, you’ve finished school. What’s next? University? A job? Sure, why not! All sound great. If only decisions like this were easy, right? It can sometimes be difficult to make these life choices, and with so many different opportunities out there, it’s harder than ever before. University is a natural choice for some, but for many, a more career-focussed step is what they are looking for. Apprenticeships offer the perfect medium between gaining invaluable work experience alongside a credible qualification.

At We Are Social, we’re passionate about finding top talent, and we’re also experts at nurturing talent from scratch. We believe that apprenticeships are a fantastic opportunity to do just that. Hiring any new member of the team can be a challenge, as we are always looking for people with a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to join our ever-growing agency.

Human Resources find and grow the talent which is the foundation of any business. HR is positioned at the heart of a company and at We Are Social, our HR team have an impact on many things including employees career development, wellbeing and overall business performance.

We are very excited to announce that we are now on the lookout for our first ever apprentice to join our busy HR team as a HR Administrator. The lucky candidate will get a real taste of what we do, how we work with the country’s social experts, and life at a creative agency. It’s a great foot in the door, as our apprentice will be able to gain experience in all areas of the HR lifecycle with a prime focus on recruitment, including recruitment advertising, organising interviews, processing employment offers and onboarding activities. There’s no tea making in this role (unless you’re offering).

As well as getting hands on-work experience, we have a comprehensive support plan in place to help our apprentice achieve their qualification in Business Administration. This includes an online platform to submit coursework and complete assessments, as well as a dedicated assessor who will come on-site regularly for one to one catch ups. This will be facilitated by the agency and our chosen apprenticeship provider, WhiteHat, will provide all the tools our apprentice will need to complete their studies.

Now, it’s over to you!

What are we looking for? We want to hire a bright and enthusiastic HR advocate who is ready to get stuck into a busy role. As we are offering a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, you’ll be required to do a maths and english test which will be organised by WhiteHat. Head on over to our careers page where you can view a full description of what the role involves
