We’re looking for a person with the smarts and EQ to be collaborative, efficient and has a handle on what’s happening in popular culture.
The focus of this role will be on working with the creative and client service teams to lead the charge on a significant piece of global social work, based in Sydney. While this will be your main focus you will be required to have input into some other key clients and projects.
The truth is that everyday is different and unique with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Having said that, any day will be a mix of the following:
Working with clients and internal teams to define business problems and opportunities
Liaising with multiple client teams building the relationship and delivering great work
Finding the right insights (working with our Research and Insights and independently) that will produce great socially lead creative work
Collaboration across departments and functions
Defining efficient distribution strategies for creative work
Comfortable working autonomously as well as working directly with client and creative teams
Engaging and confident presenting skills
Ability to foster and build strong client relationships
Multifaceted planning skills: from channel planning (what channels to use), data utilisation and insight generation, research through social data, content strategy, distribution planning (paid and other) and engagement planning;
Passionate about delivering great creative ideas
Strong interest in popular culture
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a senior planning role within an agency. Working in a digital or social agency would be beneficial.
