It’s a very exciting time at We Are Social. We’ve won new business. We’ve got lots of new work. And we’re winning awards.

Now, we’re looking for a new Creative Director to help drive our vision. Someone who creates world-class work. Someone who thrives on Ideas Worth Talking About.

So, who are you?

You’re a Creative Director with endless optimism – because you can see beyond the constraints of traditional advertising. You know that a good idea only becomes great when an engaged audience takes it further.

Fast culture is your playground. Whether you leverage existing behaviours or create new ones, you know how to bring people and companies together. Keeping up with music, gaming, trends, and the news is not a chore, it’s what you naturally do.

You’ll be helping us nurture our Creative Team at a time of exponential growth. So you’ll be a Creative Director who is looking to make a difference, and have fun while doing it.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the agency delivers best in class creative campaigns and content.
Champion high-level story and visual craft and graft at all times.
Own and strengthen client relationships with key clients like Samsung, Audi, Red Bull, ZIP, and Kathmandu.
Be hands-on, especially in pitches. Be front and centre both in winning awards and new clients.
Lead clients to evolve their approach and partner with the agency to deliver world-changing social thinking.
Proactively provide creative solutions for clients and inspire others to do the same.
Spot and ideate against rising social and behavioural trends.
Present ideas, work and thought leadership persuasively to all audiences.
Create and nurture collaborative relationships across the business whether it’s with strategy, client service or production.
Build, manage and support high performing teams, both by discipline or cross-functionally by project.
Inspire creative teams to deliver best in class and ultimately award-winning creative campaign ideas.
Nurture a diverse team of creatives. Support them to identify growth areas and opportunities and champion their development.

What we’re looking for?

A visionary leader, change agent and endless optimism.
Demonstrable experience creating Ideas Worth Talking About for big ambitious brands.
Portfolio must have examples of cross-discipline creative campaigns.
A positive, solutions-focused and collaborative mindset.
An ability to inspire, influence and motivate others.
Hybrid creative skills – Someone who can art direct and write. Someone comfortable making and directing.
Experience on shoots with world-famous talent.
Willingness to get your hands dirty, get stuck-in, and lead by example.
Experience building teams and resourcing projects.
At least 10 years experience working in the creative industries, with at least 3 of those at Creative Director level.
