Meta allows brands to close comments on Facebook and Instagram ads
Meta has introduced a new feature enabling advertisers to disable comments on their ads on both Instagram and Facebook. According to Meta, the update is designed to provide brands with enhanced control over interactions with their ads, allowing them to manage the conversation and shield their content from potentially negative feedback.
Reddit adds AI powered keyword targeting features
Another week, another AI-focused ad update. This time it’s Reddit, which has announced that it’s enhancing its advertising platform with new AI powered keyword targeting capabilities, aiming to improve ad relevance and performance for advertisers. According to Search Engine Land, Reddit’s Keyword Targeting update potentially offers “improved targeting precision, better conversion rates, cost efficiencies and simplified campaign management.”
X releases engagement-focused creator payout model
Show me the money! X changing how creators can cash in on the platform – by paying blue ticked users to engage with one another. Instead of its old system of sharing ad revenue with creators based on how many verified users see ads in replies to their posts, they will now pay out based on “engagement with your content from Premium users.”
