What You’ll Be Doing:

Being a Culture Champion

Be the first point of contact for employees, helping them navigate everything from HR policies to benefits with clarity and care. Ensure every new team member’s onboarding experience is nothing short of amazing. Design and lead engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance culture which supports our mission and business objectives.

Teaming Up for Bigger Impact

Work with the Global P&C team to align our Amsterdam HR practices with global strategies. Support initiatives around performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Ensure an optimal experience at every touchpoint in the life-cycle giving employees a strong sense of belonging.

Keeping Things Running 

Team up with local and regional  leadership to make sure our P&C strategies don’t just support the business—they supercharge it. Be the go-to advisor for managers, helping them navigate performance management, team development and people challenges. Work side-by-side with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies that bring the best people our way.

Requirements

  • HR Strategist & Partner: You’re experienced in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and advising leaders on people matters.
  • Recruitment Rockstar: You excel in finding, attracting, and retaining top talent.
  • Expat Extraordinaire: You know your way around residency permits, BSN appointments, and the 30% tax ruling like a pro.
  • Detail Obsessed: You’re meticulous, organized, and always on top of compliance.
  • People Person: You’ve got empathy in spades and love creating meaningful connections.
  • 4+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Familiarity with Dutch labor laws and expat management.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English
