\ Content & Community Manager (Turkey)

To be part of a global project within our network, we are looking for a Content & Community Manager / Writer, Turkish native, and fluent in English. (Spanish as well is a plus).

In this position, you will be part of the global team of one of our accounts, along with a large group of Community Managers around the world, that manages different markets. You will work hand in hand with art directors and designers, for content generation; with the local account team, for planning, reporting and project management, and with the global team for the overall coordination of the account.

Some of your tasks will be:
Review and adaptation of the global content calendar (Week, Month).
Review of cultural differences, sensitivities and nuances for the assigned market (Turkey)
Transcreation of content (copy post, in image text, in video text, scripts, blog posts, etc.).
Collaboration, conceptualization in global and local calendars.
Detection and planning of local content opportunities for the brand.
Coordination with the art team to produce adapted and original local contents, and review of the final pieces to guarantee quality.
Publication of content on social platforms (natively or through tools).
Activity monitoring, response, engagement of followers in brand channels.
Detection of possible problems or crisis situations, reactive opportunities, etc.
Interaction with the community: response, reaction, resolution of doubts, etc.
Monitoring conversation about the brand and its products (native or with tools).
Reporting of results (data extraction from tools or native platforms, preparation of reporting, conclusions, learnings and suggestions).
Weekly coordination calls with the global team.

Our client is from the technology sector, so having previous experience in tat category, having knowledge of the media, social accounts, people or influencers of the sector is a plus, although it is not mandatory. We do expect that you are interested in the subject, understand it, like it and get to know the category more and more.

We hope you are up to date on the general trends of social media, platforms, success stories, and stay informed about the local and global network environments.

Additionally, you will be also working for local accounts, New Business projects, campaigns for other clients, etc. We are a very transversal agency and we seek to maintain that spirit in everything we do.

Some of the required skills are:

Native Turkish
Impeccable writing, grammar and spelling in Turkish and English.
Spanish is a plus.
Management of publishing, monitoring, social analytics, etc. tools.
Ability to analyze and understand social media results.

Experience required:

+3 years of experience in similar roles in agency or advertiser.
