The nature of We Are Social’s business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and versatility. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us and the creativity of our campaigns means that the role will evolve over time and needs a ‘can do’ approach to picking projects up and making them happen.

Our Account Team is the bedrock of We Are Social. It’s the main point of relation between our clients and their business, with our organization. It requires both client handling and creative/content skills, and it is a vital role for your clients and team.

Your role as Sr. Account Manager role is focused on providing the best service to our clients, maintain the highest quality for our creative product and keep the team involved and interest in all the process of the project while making it in a profitable way.

It involves tasks from day-to-day delivery, to strategy and business knowledge. We don’t want simple runners-doers, either pure thinking minds. You need to be able to move up and down, get your hands dirty, and make things happen, but also, be able to think strategically and have a huge understanding of our client’s business.

You will oversee and coordinate the team involved in the project, taking care of both, the team = our product, and the client. You need to conduct business in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy in all communication either internal or external.

We expect you to keep abreast of our industry and consume a wide variety of social media looking for emerging trends and best practices, educating not only your own team but also the wider team here at We Are Social.

For this specific vacancy, we are looking for someone with experience, like and taste for Fashion. Our client, an incredible Spanish fashion brand, with global presence and business, has a very ambitious goal of both sales and brand awareness, and we are here to make that possible.

You will work also, with other clients from different categories like Food, Entertainment and FMCG.

Alongside with Creative Team, you will need to plan, produce, execute, and manage social media plans in an impressive and effective way. The role includes the supervision of a team of Account Executives, Editors & Writers, Design, Research & Insights, and Production.

What does the role involve?

A robust and competent understanding of social media and its channels, with fluency in community management and representing brands in social.
Management of the day to day client and market activities.
Status and other reporting both internally (local team) and externally (client team)
Overseeing social profile management, and engaging in community management across social media channels.
Ensuring that all activity follows sign off processes, and paying close attention to detail to ensure that all deliverables are of the best quality and standard.
Creation of report presentations as required and appropriate, including innovation reports, and highlighting key developments in the industry.
Developing and planning creative campaigns relevant to your clients and their brief
Leading internal and external status and coordination meetings.
Forecasting and ensuring the time of the team is properly allocated and spent.
Managing work priorities of yourself and your project team.

Required skills and experience:
At least 3 years working in client services departments in social media, overseeing and leading teams.
Of course, a high level of knowledge and update in all social media platforms, trends, news, etc.
Good level of English is a must (Specially written).
​Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Keynote.
Experience leading content production processes including photo/video shooting with both internal and external resources.
