\ Account Manager

To be part of a global project within our network, confident, enthusiastic and passionate Account Manager to join our team here at We Are Social, fluent in English, and with experience working in global accounts.

You’ll be working within a global team, coordinating 4 markets (Spain, Portugal, Germany and Turkey) and overseeing the work of 4 native Content and Community Managers, plus coordinating with the global team of accounts and project management.

Client Services is a crucial part of the agency’s success working closely with the world’s biggest brands to deliver award-winning, creative and effective socially-led marketing solutions.

Our client is a technology brand, so we expect all candidates to have knowledge and interest into the category, trends, relevant news, media outlets, people, key stakeholders, etc.

What does the role involve?

A robust and competent understanding of social media and its channels, with a fluency in community management and representing brands in social.
Management of day to day client and market activities.
Status and other reporting both internally (local team) and externally (global team)
Over seeing social profile management, and engaging in community management across social media channels.
Ensuring that all activity follows sign off processes, and paying close attention to detail to ensure that all deliverables are of the best quality and standard.
Creation of report presentations as required and appropriate, including innovation reports, and highlighting key developments in the industry.
Developing and planning creative campaigns relevant to your clients and their brief
Attending internal coordination meetings.
Forecasting and ensuring time of team is properly allocated and spent.
Managing work priorities of yourself and your project team.

You will also be working with New Business projects, other clients and campaigns as support to the exiting or leading teams.
