We’re proud to be a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Amazon Music, Activision and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date.

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity

Do you have proven experience as a strategist delivering memorable creative strategies for global brands?

Do you want to lead the creative strategies and opportunities for global brands and impact in helping to define social first creative ideas?

We Are looking for a Strategist to join a highly-talented and skilled team. You will have proven experience delivering social first strategies for global brands, ideally within an agency environment. You will have developed strategic ideas that are simple to follow and excite audiences. You will have proven experience taking complex problems and simplifying them for our clients and have a broad understanding of consumer behaviour in culture and across digital to draw and communicate insightful conclusions.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Writing great insights: tell us what you have delivered and written has directly led to great creative work.
  • Telling strategic stories: write a narrative that is simple to follow and exciting for people to listen to. 
  • Creative allyship: demonstrating building relationships with creative teams that have led to better creative work
  • Taking complex problems and simplifying them for our clients to deliver social-first strategies.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of social platforms and how to maximise their potential for reaching and engaging with consumers.
  • Working alongside our Cultural Insight and Data teams, interpreting their output to provide clear and concise strategies for clients, leading to award winning work.
  • Selling in and/or presenting ideas to clients that are adapted and lead to successful socils first ideas.
  • Ability to write and deliver inspiring creative briefs and work alongside creative teams to find creative solutions to client business problems
  • Comprehensive understanding of effectiveness data to evaluate content performance and demonstrate the contributory value of social

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Understanding of consumer behaviour in broader culture and across digital to draw and communicate insightful conclusions to lead to client adapting these ideas.
  • Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person on the account 
  • Always take full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and confident in vocalising them 
  • Will contribute new ideas and points internally, which are then taken forward/adopted
