Then we have good news for you. We Are Social Singapore has grown at an impressive rate since we opened in September 2011; we’re already working with some of the world’s best brands, and we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people learn more about social media across Asia.
Excitingly, this growth is still accelerating, and that’s where you fit in. We’re looking for a number of senior candidates to join our Singapore team, to help us deliver more of what we love and believe in with more clients around Asia.
The roles involve managing a wide spectrum of work, and you’ll also play a big part in shaping the growth and future direction of our agency, so you’re probably already an Account Director or above.
Your remit will be Asia-wide, so you’ll need to have worked across different cultures before. Native speaker fluency in at least one East Asian language will be a huge bonus.
Your day-to-day activities will include new business development, defining and scoping social media strategy and implementation across a wide variety of industries, and building your own team to help bring it all to life.
As a result, you’ll need a minimum of 7 years’ experience, with plenty of exposure to social and digital marketing.
You’ll also need to demonstrate:
- A deep understanding of marketing strategy;
- The ability to demonstrate how your ideas can add financial value to clients’ businesses;
- The ability to explain complex technology and ideas to audiences with varying capabilities;
- Project management experience;
- A collaborative approach to working with C-level executives;
- Excellent client servicing skills.
