Facebook updates photo album features for better collaboration and sharing with friends
Facebook has made several updates to albums, including improved collaboration tools. One of the new updates allows you to add videos, check-ins, text posts, and other forms of updates to albums in addition to photos.
The update is out for desktop and Android, with an iOS update coming soon. The increased collaboration features and overall focus on albums comes soon after Google Photos’ updates and increased success. Allowing users to add non-photo content is something that only Facebook can really do well, and can be an advantage over Google in the future.

Facebook celebrates LGBT pride with rainbow frames, filters and reactions
For all of June, Facebook will provide a rainbow frame you can add to your profile picture to celebrate LGBT Pride. You may choose from a few user-made templates submitted by the community or find colourful pride-theme masks and frames on Facebook camera to help you get into the celebration!
Users can also add pride-theme stickers and effects in the Messenger camera, adding your pride-love to your conversations.

Tiger Beer’s latest creative campaign is all about saving endangered tigers
In many ways – this campaign almost comes across as an ode to what gave Tiger Beer it’s name. Yes, the actual animal. According to estimates, there are about 3890 tigers left in the wild. It seemed like a good idea for Tiger Beer, to do something about it and voilaa creative campaign aimed at the conservation of wild tigers.

On the URL, visitors are invited to take a pledge, upload a selfie and choose an artist to collaborate with. What you then get in return is selfie art generated by AI, inspired in the artist’s style. Tiger Beer also plans to issue its product in limited edition packaging, with the famous tiger icon missing. The campaign will run in Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Russia, the US and new Zealand before rounding it off on July 29th, Global Tiger Day. For more, watch here.
