Within the broader strategic department, the resource will be part of the Research & Insight team, which is responsible, upstream, for studying the digital, social, and cultural landscape in which our creative works come to life, and downstream, for the analysis, evaluation, and validation of the performance of our creative projects, both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.

Overall Purpose 

Research & Insight Executives are responsible for carrying out the operational activities of the team. Once they have received instructions, guidelines, and instructions, they are able to carry out their tasks independently and deliver the work for review by seniors.

Specific Content of your Role

– Understand, manipulate and clean datasets (experience with Excel/Sheets is required).

– Know the specific metrics and data of the platforms (e.g. Facebook Insights) and stay up to date on their developments

– Analyze the conversation around a topic, identifying the main themes of discussion.

– Analytical ability to read data, identifying patterns and qualitative aspects

– Understand research objectives and related business objectives

-Ability to effectively present and explain the results, even visually (PPT/Keynote/Slides).

Requirements

– Passion for the digital world and familiarity with the main social networks – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube

– Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or similar)

– Curiosity and observation skills

– Precision and ability to analyze data

– Ability to work well in a team

– Knowledge of Italian and English

– Knowledge of advanced data manipulation tools (e.g. Alteryx or Knime) will be considered a plus

– Knowledge of social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch or Meltwater) will be considered a plus

– Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI or Lookerstudio) will be considered a plus
