The Opportunity
Do you spend hours of your day on TikTok, IG Reels or YouTube Shorts?
Want to create award-winning work for one of the most iconic global brands?
How about turning a love for cutting-edge social media trends into your day job?
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager with standout ideas, cultural insights and deep social platform expertise. Obsessed with social trends and chronically online, you’ll understand what drives culture on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This role sits within the global hub team, overseeing and crafting content and social strategy, for a top audio streaming platform. A passion for music, podcasts, and audiobooks—plus the online fandoms shaping them—is a major plus.
You’ll oversee content teams, review work and offer feedback that inspires excellence. Highly organised and thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’ll juggle multiple projects with ease. As a social expert, you’ll know how to connect the brand to communities and culture through contemporary best practice and strategic thinking, instead of content that just adds to the noise. With solid experience (agency or in-house), you’ll take briefs from insight to execution, backing ideas with trends and data.
From strategy and copy editing to campaign oversight and memes, you’ll turn social trends into compelling content that truly impacts online fandom, and the culture around it.
