The role

We’re a global agency, with more than 1000 people in 17 offices around the world. We deliver world-class creative campaigns and strategies based on social insights, for forward-thinking brands.

As an English Copywriter, you’ll be helping some renowned Chinese brands to build their global brand presence, with a focus on social strategy, creative content development, and community management. You need to be confident at turning strategic direction into engaging content and writing to different tones of voice, moving seamlessly between them without compromising their quality.

Key Responsibilities:

– Idea generation, content planning, and copywriting for various Chinese brands

– Capable of turning your hand to any channel, any audience

– Expertise in selling work, creating powerful and sellable decks that clearly explain themselves after we’ve left the client’s building

– An understanding of global social platforms and how to make the most of them

– An appreciation of what makes an award-winning campaign

– The ability to work alone when need be, and happy to team up with different creatives, as well as speak out and add value during larger brainstorms for fast-turnaround briefs

– Capable of offering editorial support

– Helping us marry the principle of ‘the big idea’ with the necessities of fast-turnaround content


What you should have:

– Poet-level English writing skills

– A strong curiosity and an open mind to learn about new industries and products

– Ability to work on strategic responses to client briefs autonomously with minimal oversight

– Good understanding of all the things you can do on FB, IG, YT, and Twitter

– Good campaign ideas that make your colleagues LOL

– 2+ years previous creative agency experience in a copywriting capacity

– Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Copywriter
