\ Senior People and Culture Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment matters including arranging interviews, executing reference
checks, and preparing offer letters
• Process statutory claims and employment pass application
• Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding processes including preparation of
onboarding and off-boarding documents, joiner kit and, IT equipment and account
creation
• Ensure online and offline employee personnel data integrity and consistency in HR
processes
• Ensure employee leave accuracy and proper documentation
• Manage our We Are Social intern program
• Facilitate the performance management and appraisal process
• Assist in planning and implementing local and global HR initiatives that contribute
to improving employee engagement and an overall positive employee experience
• Attend to day-to-day employee queries on HR Admin and Operations suchs as
medical benefits, etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Pleasant and has a positive mindset
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
