Research & Insight Analyst

Our Research & Insight team is a crucial part of the agency’s success, with all of our work backed by unparalleled social insights via our global R&I capabilities. As a Research & Insight Analyst, you’ll be responsible for understanding consumer mindsets through ongoing and ad hoc projects, and applying the findings directly to a wide variety of exciting clients.

 

What does the role involve?

  • Establishing and communicating findings & insights and proposing recommendations to departmental client leads & client contacts
  • Working together with different departments to create social insights into audiences, brands or industry categories, to drive our creative strategies and executions
  • Management, execution and delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Contribution to research projects for new and existing clients (g. through focus groups or trend analysis); understanding different consumer mindsets and applying the findings to clients’ business challenges
  • Competitor benchmarking and landscape analysis
  • Influencer identification
  • Setting up and completion of campaign reports
  • Working collaboratively with relevant departmental client lead(s)
  • Supporting new business and PR
  • Client liaison

 

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years experience in market research or data & analytics
  • Experience of native analytics and social listening platforms
  • Experience in traditional qualitative research methodologies – scripting and managing focus groups, drafting and running surveys, interviewing expert etc
  • Natural curiosity and understanding of comsumer behaviours, their mindset, needs and wants
  • Most importantly the ability to answer the why
