IT Manager

We're looking for an IT Manager to work with the Head of IT to proactively manage the day-to-day IT functions of a busy creative agency.  Strong Mac and broad technology skills will be used to ensure the delivery of efficient IT systems and services to an office of 150 staff, with increased focus on video production, while assisting with management of global IT platforms.


What does the role involve?

  • Providing technical support directly to the London team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure including networking, security and resilience.
  • Oversight of Joiners/Leavers/Changes and inventory system.
  • Ownership of IT Helpdesk function.
  • Management of VOIP and mobile telephony.
  • Data and storage management, including backups and DR.
  • Review and implementation of IT policies and security controls.
  • Compliance reporting.
  • Managing the agency’s web servers.
  • Jamf Pro (Casper) management for London and other global offices.
  • Assisting the Head of IT on global projects.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong Mac admin experience, ideally in a creative industry.
  • Strong Jamf Pro (Casper) skills.
  • Bash scripting skills (Python and PowerShell desirable).
  • Someone who is happy working in a small team and getting their “hands dirty”.
  • Good Windows desktop and Windows server skills.
  • Experience with video editing technology would be advantageous.
  • Experience with network and storage technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar agency environment.
