\ Senior Research & Insight Analyst

We're looking to hire a Senior Research & Insights Analyst, to work across our roster of clients. The person we’re looking for must have gained experience in consumer research, cultural insights and cultural trends analysis. You will be able to understand how social and behavioural trends are evolving and how to mine these for actionable insights for brands.

What does the role involve?

Generating Social behavioural and cultural insights through innovative and traditional research methodologies
Back-up all research projects with solid and robust data
Ensure there is a narrative to all research projects so that clients easily understands the research and insights presented to them
Supporting our Strategists in the creation of Social/Brand Propositions for clients
Work closely with the Creative teams to tie in insights with the creative ideas for client briefs and pitches
Line manage 1 or 2 analysts; develop and inspire them
Regularly present research and insight projects to clients
Present in business pitches
Help deliver thought leadership projects

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in a consumer and cultural trends analysis environment
Experience in digital and social essential - have an understanding of audience online behaviours
Excellent understanding of research tools – social (trending tools, audience segmentation – Global Web Index or TGI) or traditional research (survey writing, planning and moderating focus groups, ethnography)
Ability to present audience analysis in a compelling way, and in a manner that engages clients
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver against deadlines
A team player with management skills
