The role

We’re on the lookout for a new creative Midweight Designer with a background in motion graphics and graphic design to join our award winning design team at We are Social, London.

You’ll be joining a quirky team of multi-disciplinary designers, art directors, photographers, videographers, video editors, animators, 3D designers, illustrators and graphic designers – all obsessed with great storytelling and social innovation.

You’ll be working on a range of projects, including editing and animating engaging video content, crafting slick visuals and experimenting with immersive formats.

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ agency experience, a portfolio full of beautifully crafted digital design, motion and a variety of thumb-stopping social content, showcasing your design process and conceptual thinking.

What are we looking for?

– Midweight Designer with 3+ years agency experience
– Background in motion graphics and digital design
– Experience working across social media channels
– Strong graphic design ability – image making, type and layout
– Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS – mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
– Ability to confidently manage multiple projects
– Confident communicator
– Creative thinker
– Collaborative problem solver
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and formats
– Up to date on design and social trends
