World Mental Health Day

DE&I

Today is World Mental Health Day.

We sent out a survey asking our U.S. team of social media experts a few questions around mental health advocacy across social. The first question asked if they follow any social accounts that regularly help to bring them joy, provide calmness, inspire them, or serve as a guiding force or mental health resource in their daily life.

Together, we’ve crafted a list of some of our favorite accounts to celebrate, bring awareness to, and honor World Mental Health Day.

We might be social media experts, but we know we’re not mental health experts – we hope this list can serve as a resource for those who are interested, and an uplifting addition to your everyday scrolling.

1. We’re Not Really Strangers – A card game that brings people to have deeper conversations – turned to IG posts that do the same. You’ll get lost scrolling through the comments.
