Creative Department

In the Creative Department of We Are Social, creative and executive skills merge, allowing us to conceptualize, execute, and manage creative campaigns and editorial content for high-profile clients. The ongoing synergy with the Strategy and Client Services teams fosters the creation of a distinctive and impactful presence on our clients’ social channels, ensuring a high level of creativity and storytelling.

Role Purpose

The Creative Intern plays a crucial role in copywriting, taking on responsibilities that include the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns and content tailored to assigned clients. This role involves crafting compelling and persuasive copy that aligns with the clients’ brand voice and objectives. The intern will handle a range of tasks that encompass strategic planning, creative ideation, and editorial refinement. This includes contributing to 360° communication projects that integrate various channels and media to deliver cohesive and impactful messaging..

Main Responsibilities

  • Support for senior figures in the ideation of creative communication campaigns,
  • Ideation and development of editorial projects (podcasts, live events, etc.),
  • Ideation and creation of daily editorial content,
  • Participation in defining communication and editorial strategy,
  • Constant alignment with colleagues in the Creative, Strategic, and Client Services departments.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of leading creative agencies and their best social and non-social campaigns,
  • Curiosity in exploring new formats and creative languages,
  • A deep understanding of the social media industry, trends, innovations in communication, and industry case studies,
  • Ability to experiment and adapt messages to different audiences,
  • Capacity to create new content; Writing texts, articles, video-script, etc..
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Contract & Salary

  • Internship Contract of six months, 
  • 40 hours per week. 
  • €800 net per month. 
  • Meal vouchers worth €5.29 for each working day.
