Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, processes, and ways of working.
- Act as the internal liaison between the client and the agency’s cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the agency’s creative, design, and production teams to ensure timely development and delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives.
- Manage all reporting about the health of client accounts, including writing scopes, briefs, and translating client asks into actionable work-streams and project timelines for the creative team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Experience in social media marketing, including an understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proven track record of at least two years in an account management role preferably within an advertising agency, with a specific emphasis on social media content and execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Curiosity about clients’ business and a passion for solving business challenges.
- Demonstrates strong written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
