The role

We Are looking for a Creative or Creative team to join an award winning creative team here in London to work on some of the agency’s most exciting accounts, with a focus on (but not limited to) sport, fashion and culture…….

We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with unrivalled social media expertise. With 1,300 people in 19 offices spanning four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.

We’re proud to be a multi-award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Pepsi, Meta and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date, from breaking into the metaverse to smashing records on TikTok. 

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity 

Do you have a passion for art direction or copywriting, and storytelling across different social platforms?

Do you strive to create social-first ideas worth talking about, for some of the world’s biggest brands? 

We Are looking for a Creative to join an award winning creative team here in London to work on some of the agency’s most exciting accounts, with a particular focus on (but not limited to) sport, fashion and culture. In particular, there are opportunities to do wonderful work on Adidas and Adidas Originals. You will have strong skills in art direction, copywriting or another creative discipline, but the most valuable output of your talent will be the ideas themselves.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Generating culturally focused creative ideas with strong conceptual insight for social.
  • Designing across all stages of a project. From concept to completion, art direction to brand systems, across any touch-point.
  • Worked on creative ideas for culturally focused brands within sports, fashion and lifestyle
  • Hitting deadlines, collaborating with wider agency teams and presenting to clients.
  • Create Ideas Worth Talking About that are innovative, fun, inclusive and provide clear solutions to client challenges.
  • Contributing new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person for resource needs  
  • A desire to always take full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and confident in vocalising them 
  • Take a proactive interest in and demonstrate a passionate commitment to the creative output of the agency.
  • Contributing new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
