We are looking for someone who is comfortable being the primary point of contact for our client that is able to help cultivate and maintain strong relationships. Plus, someone who loves collaborating with creative teams to produce buzz worthy creative!

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, processes, and ways of working.
  • Act as the internal liaison between the client and the agency’s cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the agency’s creative, design, and production teams to ensure timely development and delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives.
  • Manage all reporting about the health of client accounts, including writing scopes, briefs, and translating client asks into actionable work-streams and project timelines for the creative team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • Experience in social media marketing, including an understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of at least two years in an account management role preferably within an advertising agency, with a specific emphasis on social media content and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Curiosity about clients’ business and a passion for solving business challenges.
  • Demonstrates strong written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
