The Opportunity

Are you a highly organized, proactive project management expert? We’re looking for an Account Manager to be the link between our clients and our creative teams.

As an integral part of our Client Service team, your focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of client accounts. You will report to the Senior Account Manager.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Owned the delivery process, ensuring seamless execution across all projects.
  • Managed day-to-day tasks, campaign status tracking, reporting, and client meetings.
  • Served as the key point of contact for clients , receiving briefs, and communicating them effectively to internal teams.
  • Collaborated with departments (creative, content, strategy, production) to maintain timelines. This includes coordinating cost control and supplier relationships, and organising/managing shoots and productions.
  • Supported digital PR and talent management activities.
  • Collaborating with senior team members and providing supervision/mentorship to junior team members

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Around 4 years of experience in an Account role, preferably within an agency or socially-led environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a precise and organized approach to project work, and an analytical mindset to define and measure project performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with social communication platforms, including tools, trends, and their evolution, and a passion for digital and social communication.
  • Highly proactive and curious, exploring new creative communication solutions to exceed expectations.
  • In addition to English (C1/C2), proficiency in either French or German.
