The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Creative who is as obsessed with social as they are with design.

You spend way too much time on TikTok, Instagram and whatever platform everyone will be talking about next month—not just scrolling, but noticing what makes content work. You understand the difference between designing for social and simply putting a design on social.

You’ve already had your first taste of agency life (through an internship or around a year of experience) and you’re ready to build on it. You have strong creative foundations, you’re eager to contribute ideas, and you’re excited to learn from a team of experienced creatives.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside Creative, Strategy and Account teams, you’ll help turn briefs into social-first creative that people actually want to engage with.

You’ll:

• Develop visual ideas for social content, campaigns and activations.
• Create moodboards, mock-ups, layouts and presentations.
• Design engaging assets across social and digital channels.
• Capture and edit mobile-first content using tools like CapCut or Edits.
• Stay on top of platform trends, emerging formats and cultural moments.
• Collaborate across teams and bring positive energy to every project.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• Around 1 year of experience in a creative role or you’ve completed an advertising or creative agency internship recently.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design craft, creative thinking and an understanding of social-first ideas.
• Understanding of advertising fundamentals and a want to grow into a conceptual creative.
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling.
• Confidence in using Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable editing mobile-first content.
• Lives and breathes social, understanding the visual language of different platforms.
• Collaborative, proactive, curious and enjoys working with different teams.
• Excited to learn, take feedback and continuously improve.
