We’re searching for a Creative Director to lead our innovative creative vision. You’ll be the driving force behind groundbreaking campaigns, inspiring and guiding high-performing teams to deliver original, impactful concepts and flawless execution across all platforms.

As Creative Director, you’ll proactively lead your internal teams, pushing creative boundaries to develop the most compelling and innovative advertising solutions our agency offers. You’ll hold significant responsibility for providing exceptional creative thought leadership, shaping our unique voice, and actively contributing to new business wins for the agency.

We also expect you to remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving advertising and social landscape, identifying emerging trends, groundbreaking technologies, and compelling storytelling practices. You’ll play a crucial role in educating not only your immediate creative team but also the broader agency on these advancements, ensuring we consistently deliver cutting-edge work that sets benchmarks in the industry.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Set the creative vision and standards for assigned accounts or creative discipline, ensuring the development of innovative and impactful work.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative culture.
  • Drive the development of big ideas and breakthrough creative concepts that are strategically sound and resonate with target audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, presenting creative concepts, articulating strategic rationale, and addressing feedback effectively.
  • Work closely with Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure that creative work is aligned with client objectives, brand strategies, and market insights.
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring high quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and on-time delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging creative trends, technologies, and platforms, proactively exploring new ways to engage audiences.
  • Identify, nurture, and develop the creative talent within their team, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in new business pitches, contributing creative ideas and strategic thinking to win new accounts.
  • Champion and uphold the highest standards of creative excellence across all projects within their purview.
