The role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead client groups and teams to successfully plan and deliver services in one or more of our core service areas.

 

As a Social Media Manager, we look to you to be locally embedded in culture with strong brand understanding and love. Have a constant pulse on social media and local culture. Understands workflows and approval processes, able to rally a small team to make good work happen. 

We also expect you to keep abreast of the industry for emerging trends and creative practices, educating not only your own team, but also the wider team at We Are Social. We also look to you to continually keep your clients updated and engaged with relevant industry practices.

Base Salary: 60,000 – 100,000 THB (Negotiable)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete client portfolio management of Max (formerly HBO), acting as the sole point of contact and driving all related initiatives.
  • Overall project and timeline management
  • Content calendar planning
  • Culture and insight spotting
  • Learnings identification
  • Content angle ideation

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Thai nationality (Native) understanding Thai local trends and content
  • Must have graduated from an International or English Program
  • Experiences working abroad is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years Understands basic agency processes while knowing the operational function of each department 
  • Work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards
  • Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes
  • Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
  • Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and request while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign
  • Ability to drive team action and rally small teams to execute work effectively.
