A little about the role:

As more and more marketing budgets flow out of traditional broadcast media and into digital and social, we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and collaborative brand-thinker to join our strategy team.

The successful candidate will have the foundational skills of a strategic planner and at least two years experience in a strategic function within a creative agency. A desire to apply thinking born from culture is of paramount importance.

What does the role involve?

  • Taking complex problems and simplifying them for our clients
  • Using understanding of consumer behaviour in broader culture and across digital to draw and communicate insightful conclusions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of social platforms and how to maximise their potential for reaching and engaging with consumers
  • Working alongside our Research and Insights team, and interpreting data to provide clear and concise strategies for clients
  • Ability to develop clear strategic thinking
  • Selling in and/or presenting ideas to clients
  • Ability to write and deliver inspiring creative briefs and working alongside creative to execute these
  • Comprehensive understanding of data to evaluate content performance and demonstrate the effectiveness of social

Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum of two years experience as a strategist in a creative agency
  • A desire to learn and proactively seek and share platform updates, industry news, interesting campaigns etc.
  • A brand thinker who can think culture first
  • Ability to develop clear strategic thinking
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good lateral thinker
  • Good creative writing skills for effective creative brief writing
  • Good communication skills (gravitas)
  • Data literate (quant and qual.)
  • Experience of conducting primary research a bonus
