Threads is making a few updates to its new Live Chat feature. LinkedIn has announced new AI-powered tools for in-app promotions. This includes officially launching its brand kit which lets brands set colours, fonts, logos, etc, which can then be referenced in future AI prompts. There is also an AI-powered copy generation tool which creates promotions based on the URL entered. The platform is also rolling out flexible ad creation and new ad variants.
X is updating its livestream offering by making it easier to schedule and run broadcasts in the app. Through the Creator Studio platform, the update live composer gives streamers a more streamlined process including simplified setup on desktop, chat control options, thumbnail uploads, and more.
