THE BRIEF
Skechers was opening a new store in the recently-opened Punggol Coast Mall in Singapore’s Digital District. As the mall was still new, footfall was slow. So, we needed to create an activation that would generate buzz to attract customers to make the journey to the new store and engage them to stay and shop. How do we help Skechers create more meaningful customer connections while capturing valuable first-party data in an increasingly competitive marketplace?

OUR INSIGHT
Traditional in-store experiences lacked personalisation, and brands struggled to understand customer preferences and behavior patterns to drive repeat visits and increase spend.
EXECUTION
We developed Luna, an AI-powered retail assistant for Skechers that transforms the in-store shopping experience through intelligent personalisation. Luna captures first-party data including fashion preferences, visit frequency, and purchase history to build comprehensive customer profiles.
Using this data, the system delivered hyper-personalised recommendations that align with individual customer behavior, enabling brands to cross-sell complementary items and deliver relevant promotions at the perfect moment. Customers could continue the conversation with Luna via Telegram once they left the store, helping to bridge the gap between offline and online.
