Senior Producer (9 Month Contract)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us on a contract basis, who is a master of the production craft and a natural leader. You will take ownership of complex and creatively ambitious social first campaigns, ensuring a high standard of excellence from inception to final delivery.

You are a seasoned expert who can navigate tight budgets, technically demanding projects with a steady hand and creative problem-solving. You understand how to scale your approach, adapting seamlessly to the unique needs of our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale campaigns from initial creative ideation through to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of craft and “social-first” thinking.
• Consult Creative and Strategy teams during the pitching and development phases, providing advice on feasibility, innovation, and production value.
• Support the Executive Producer in managing the wider production team. You will provide guidance to Producers and Assistant Producers, helping to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality control.
• Take full ownership of complex budgets, P&Ls, and reconciliations. You will identify efficiencies and negotiate high-level contracts with major vendors, talent agents, and third-party partners.
• Work closely with project leads to ensure the right talent (internal and external) is allocated to the right projects to maximize both creative output and profitability.
• Act as a senior production point of contact, building trust through transparent communication and expert expectation management.
• Navigate complex production hurdles (legal, logistical, or budgetary) with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

About You

• 6+ years experience within a creative agency, social media agency or production house.
• A portfolio showcasing high end social, digital, and broadcast content. 
• You have a “black book” of the best directors, photographers, editors, and makers in the industry, and you know how to match the right talent to the right brand tone.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern camera systems, lighting, and post-production workflows (including VFX and motion graphics).
• You understand the “why” behind the “what.” You can balance the creative ambition of a project with the commercial realities of the agency.
• Proficiency in creating complex production schedules, detailed Risk Assessments, and tiered budget options is second nature to you.
