The Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating standout social content and managing projects from start to finish?

Would you like the opportunity to work across multiple social platforms and innovative digital projects?

We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage several small to medium workstreams and help deliver outstanding social content for our clients. You’ll have a good understanding of how social content is created and what is needed to deliver a project successfully, from scoping and scheduling to managing budgets, booking resources and leading a team.This role offers the chance to work across different social platforms and types of content, on multiple projects and for various clients. It is client facing, so it is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships.

While this is not a technical role, experience or interest in digital projects such as innovation work, Bots, Alexa Skills or web builds is a plus. Our agency is focusing more on innovation, which often involves technical elements managed by Project Managers.A large part of the role involves content production, including video and live streaming. Ideally, you will have some experience as a Producer, such as organising social content shoots, supporting creative and design teams, booking venues and talent, and arranging permits and props. Experience with outdoor events or live stunts is also a bonus.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Developed and updated project timelines, budgets, and resource bookings, while leading and coordinating project teams.
  • Provided support to senior team members and our in-house video production unit as required.
  • Took full ownership of assigned projects and drove them through to completion.
  • Oversaw budgets and financial management across all projects.
  • Managed a diverse range of work for social platforms, including social and editorial content, influencer outreach and management, events, experiential campaigns, and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensured all project documentation met agency standards: accurate, detailed, and correctly formatted using the appropriate templates.
  • Followed internal cost approval processes consistently across all projects.
  • Optimised the use of agency resources, ensuring booked personnel and assets were efficiently utilised.
  • Secured appropriate sign-off at each stage, both internally and from clients (including approvals for creative ideas, content, and video assets).
  • Gained proficiency in the agency’s finance system (Workbook) to monitor and report on project finances.
  • Completed weekly timesheets and ensured timely submission by all project team members to enable accurate resourcing and cost tracking.
  • Monitored project costs and proactively alerted senior team members to any overruns or financial issues.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Proficiency in using Sprinklr and Slack platforms
  • Experience in scheduling and publishing content, both for clients and internal purposes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively
  • Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person on the account 
  • Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above me or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Will Contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
  • Have a good understanding of video production for small to medium-sized shoots, including all pre-production, production and relevant documentation
