THE ROLE

The Designer will help concept, design and execute innovative visual solutions for clients across the entire agency. This person will also partner with new business leads, account teams, experiential and creative directors in the development of presentations that will be used across a broad range of outputs. Overall, the Designer will provide innovative expertise and support, help define project scopes while delivering best in class creative and design content.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

●  Concept creative ways to develop and design a variety of materials to support client work and agency new business efforts

●  Provide creative assets including design directions, photography selection, and font style to follow established brand guidelines with accuracy and strengthen proposals, presentations and all client deliverables

● Apply platform-native visuals to content across various social platforms

● Create motion graphics using imagery and typography

●  Develop and apply visual direction to brand environments through architectural graphics, signage and themed or branded spaces

●  Present and defend creative solutions and design rationale to colleagues and clients

●  Manage and track projects to meet deadlines accordingly

●  Design and production in a wide variety of styles for online media

●  Interact with Account, Creative, Strategy, Experiential, Production and Executive Teams

●  Monitor projects through all phases of production, including design, production, quality control, quality assurance, presentation and release

●  Cultivate a deep knowledge of current trends and changes in social platforms

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

●  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related discipline from an accredited college or university required

●  Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, as well as PowerPoint and Google Docs (with a designer’s eye)

●  Strong portfolio that includes high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, dynamic charts and diagrams) and clean thoughtful design aesthetic

●  Demonstrated ability to develop conceptual visual ideas and execute against them to create solutions in a highly collaborative environment

●  Ability to integrate feedback from teams and clients

●  Excellent design, typography, and layout skills

●  Work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and is able to manage their time effectively to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines

●  Self-motivated and able to work independently, with good time management skills and a strong work ethic

●  Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully

●  Strong interpersonal and communication skills – takes direction, asks questions,

gives clear feedback

●  Agency experience preferred
