The role

We are a global, socially led creative agency, with unrivalled social media and influencer marketing expertise. With over 1,200 people in four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.

We’re proud to be a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Amazon Music, Activision and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date.

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity

Are you a multi-disciplinary designer or filmmaker with strong social media experience, ready to lead a team of talented creatives across diverse visual disciplines?

Do you combine solid organisational skills with the ability to inspire others, guide art direction, and advise teams on the best approaches to design and video projects?

Are you passionate about shaping social-first content – from lo-fi video to high-end motion design – while staying ahead of visual trends and driving innovative, short-form work for digital platforms?

We are looking for a talented multi-disciplinary designer or filmmaker with substantial experience in social media, excited about leading a team of skilled individuals across a variety of visual craft disciplines.

This role requires strong organisational skills and a natural ability to inspire and bring people together. It involves providing expert guidance on art direction, advising teams on the best approaches to design and video projects, helping to scope work effectively, and overseeing the output of multiple creative practitioners.

The position will lead and scale our design and content team, with a strong focus on social-first craft and production, from low-fi video to high level digital/motion design. It will involve overseeing the creation of predominantly short-form content tailored for digital and social platforms, with the aim of producing entertaining and innovative work. The role also includes production oversight, staying highly attuned to emerging trends and techniques in the social space, and pushing the boundaries of crafted social content creation.

  • Drive the development of social-first creative strategies that generate high engagement and conversation across platforms.
  • Lead the production of 20+ pieces of short-form content per month (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories, social ads) and long-form storytelling (e.g., YouTube videos, brand campaigns).
  • Innovate with new formats, trends, and platform-specific best practices to ensure content is engaging, shareable, and culturally relevant.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team, including designers, videographers, and editors.
  • Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from the fast to the more involved, while maintaining quality and creativity.
  • Work closely with the creative department to craft and deliver ideas
  • Manage relationships with external creators and freelancers to scale content production when needed.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Proven experience and portfolio in creating social-first content and campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated track record of award-winning creative work
  • Inclusive leadership style with a history of effectively managing and developing diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset

  • Thoughtful and considered in both interpersonal interactions and strategic decision-making
  • Confident communicator, unafraid to speak up, challenge ideas, or push back constructively
