We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of a financial service clients’ social and content strategy. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends. In this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to develop and maintain content whilst being responsible for a number of key initiatives including, the day-to-day running of social media calendars (using tools such as Sprinklr).
Requirements
What You Will Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Developed and executed a comprehensive content strategy that resonated with the company’s target audiences and aligned with brand identity.
- Owned the development of a brand’s monthly social calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas whilst maturing the existing strategy.
- Created, curated, and managed high-quality, engaging content across social media channels and digital platforms.
- Monitored and analysed social media performance using analytics tools and adjusted strategies to optimise results.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Identified and engaged with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility.
- Prepared regular reports on content and social media performance, and provided insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Explored new channels and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience working in a social media marketing role (exposure to Investment or financial services is desirable).
- Experience with Sprinklr (or a similar social media management tool) essential, with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads experience preferred.
- Experience with a Consumer Insights tool such as Kantar’s TGI is desired.
- A passion for exploring the latest social media and digital trends.
