We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive excellence across key client accounts. You’re a social native who ensures every project is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget, without compromising on quality. You’ll actively contribute to creative and strategic conversations while maintaining a eye for detail and process. If you’re a proactive communicator who stays ahead of social trends and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day project workflows, maintaining accurate timelines, status reports (WIPs), and project trackers. Manage POs, invoicing, and budget updates to ensure work remains profitable and on track.
- Serve as a reliable, daily point of contact for clients. Communicate with clarity and integrity, managing day-to-day requests and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Help translate client objectives into actionable briefs for Creative and Strategy teams. Actively participate in strategic brainstorms and help “sharpen” ideas to ensure they meet brand goals.
- Coordinate creator and influencer logistics end-to-end, supporting talent identification, contracting, briefing, and on-the-ground execution at client events.
- Track campaign performance metrics and help build post-campaign reports, distilling data into clear insights and practical key learnings for future work.
Who You Are:
- You have 2–3 + years of experience in a social media, digital, or creative agency.
- You are a detail-oriented multitasker who remains calm under pressure and manages competing priorities effortlessly.
- You have a deep passion for social-first content, creator culture, and emerging platform trends.
- You are an aspiring leader eager to mentor entry-level team members and grow your agency career.
