The role

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Manager (Bilingual) to join our growing Influence  team, reporting into our Influencer Director. This is a team of brand thinkers with a deep passion for social because it’s where culture and audience insights take off.

This is a client facing role for someone who lives to solve business problems through collaboration. Creative briefs are their love language and slides make them happy.

This role involves a deep understanding of the social media landscape and managing mutually-beneficial content partnerships with online creators, alongside cross-functional collaboration with Editorial, Creative, Strategy, Research & Insights, and Production teams. You will manage multiple accounts, ensuring projects deliver strong results on time and within budget, while actively contributing to the growth of our office through industry-defining work.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Management of day to day client activities as it relates to Influencers and Creators
  • Management of client campaigns; support the team with outreaching to influencers, contracting, negotiating, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with talent and agents across North America and abroad
  • Support in client planning as it pertains to Influencer Marketing
  • Day to day team management – ensuring people across all disciplines who work on the businesses you lead have the information necessary to complete their tasks
  • Ensuring that all activity follows sign off processes both for yourself and your team
  • Working closely with the Editorial and Creative teams on content ideation and production
  • Manage client budget trackers
  • Active involvement in new business pitching and preparation
  • Creation of client report presentations as required and appropriate
  • Active involvement in identifying new business opportunities on your clients, bringing them to agency leadership to decide how we move forward.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • A confident, passionate and enthusiastic Influencer Manager/Sr Influencer Manager with 5 -6 years experience in a creative or influencer agency or brand environment working in social.
  • If you do not have direct agency experience please explain your transferable experience and how you can bring that into best in class client partnerships for our team.
  • Articulate and able to present confidently to both clients and internal team.
  • A curiosity for the brightest and best in social, and translating this into brilliant creative and editorial executions.
  • Someone obsessed with the internet and how online culture shapes the world around us. 
  • Natural curiosity and understanding of consumer behaviors and mindset in social.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a requirement.
