We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead some of our most ambitious global work. This role is for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a total ownership mindset. You’ll be responsible for leading project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring high-stakes work is delivered with precision and care. You will partner closely with our internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure every project is set up for success. We need someone who can command a room and manage senior stakeholders, but is equally ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle, from accurate resourcing and budgeting to managing timelines and WIPs.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to your clients, communicating with integrity and navigating changing priorities with ease.
- Creative & Strategic Contribution: Translate client objectives into concise, inspiring briefs. You aren’t just a manager; you’re an advocate for great work who provides sharp, insightful feedback.
- Influencer Management: End-to-end oversight of creator partnerships, including identification, negotiation, briefing, and quality control.
- Insightful Reporting: Develop reports that don’t just show data, but provide clear learnings to drive future strategy.
Who You Are:
- You have 3–5+ years of experience in a social media or creative agency.
- You are a proactive self-starter who can lead a room but is also happy to “roll up your sleeves” to get a job done.
- You have a deep passion for social-first content and stay ahead of platform trends and creator culture.
