The Opportunity 

Do you want to help bring gaming culture to life for one of the world’s most decorated gaming franchises?

Have you supported the charge in building brand identity and relevance for one of the UK’s most iconic gaming brands through powerful, culturally resonant storytelling?

Are you passionate about gaming or an avid gamer yourself and truly know what gaming audiences want to see on social?

We Are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join an established team here in London who are pushing the boundaries of game marketing for world-class gaming brands. You will have experience in always-on social strategy, content production and be used to managing day to day demands of your clients. You will be managing strategically important clients within We Are Social Sports. You will have experience working with a Senior Account Director to lead campaign management for multi-million £ budgets and can explain how you have worked cross-departmental, to ensure alignment and deadlines have been met.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Coordinated campaigns within given timelines, to budget and to the exceptionally high standard expected from our clients.
  • Delivered of high-profile productions with talent to ensure smooth operations and meeting the expectations of the client.
  • Sustained success with a client over an extended period of time (retained relationship / client growth)
  • Successfully Identified opportunities with existing clients that have turned into future briefs and helped to grow the account.
  • Led teams across production, research, strategy, creative, and editorial to deliver goals and measurable impact.
  • Created captivating content from scratch and breathe new life into existing assets that have delivered high levels of engagement
  • Demonstrable social expertise – you’ll be expected to draw on your knowledge of trends, developments and new technology through a genuine passion for social and provide recommendations to clients that are adopted.
  • Orchestrated multiple workstreams / projects across multiple EU markets whilst overseeing a team for delivery

  • Experience working on a fast paced account
  • Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above me or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Will Contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
