United Kingdom Client Services

The role

Who We Are

We are a global socially-led creative agency, with unrivalled social media and influencer marketing expertise. With over 1,200 people in four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.

We’re proud to be a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Amazon Music, Activision and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date.

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity

We are building a team of music, podcast and audiobook obsessives, to make our client – a world-famous Music Brand – a loved, respected and authentic presence in the lives and feeds of music fans. Our shared task is to deliver creative excellence and brand love with our audience. That means balancing big-brand consistency with hyper-relevant, hyper-local nuance. We need social natives; people who operate on the fringes of platforms and people who can manage multiple client stakeholders. We work fast, so our team has to thrive under pressure; project managers who get stuff done, client services who know how to sell an idea and manage big brands and clients, self-starters, self-shooters and social media managers. People who understand the internet-breaking power of the perfectly timed Taylor Swift tweet but can also think big, analyse the data, ask the right questions and take us in the right direction.

As the Group Account Director, you are expected to ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of multiple teams and accounts, acting as the senior lynchpin between your Clients, the agency and multiple markets. Extensive and proven experience within a social or creative agency, you will be able to demonstrate a solid and successful track record of successfully simultaneously running global accounts, whilst building strong client relationships, driving revenue and producing amazing socially-led campaigns.
