We are looking for an experienced KOLs Manager who can lead and oversee all KOLs Management based in our Thailand office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and onboard strategic KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors aligned with client goals.
  • Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns.
  •  Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and manage contracts and deliverables with KOLs.
  • Serve as the main contact for regional clients, delivering strategic insights and updates.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports to clients.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate tracking of expenses.
  • Review and approve KOL content for brand fit.
  • Track KPIs and analyze campaign results to recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Monitor KOL trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies continuously.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Has experience working in an agency
  • Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
  • Experience owning and managing senior client relationships
  • Utilize fluent Thai and English to manage relationships with regional clients and KOLs effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills is a must
