The Opportunity
Are you passionate about executing research projects, analyzing data, and delivering insights that inform creative strategies? Do you have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to data? Are you looking to deepen your expertise in data analysis, trend forecasting, and social media insights within a creative agency environment?
We are looking for a Senior R&I Executive for We Are Social Amsterdam to take a proactive role in executing research projects, analyzing data, and delivering insights. You will work independently on key tasks and contribute to complex research projects, reporting to the Strategy Director.
Requirements
What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Analyzed, manipulated, and interpreted data from social platforms and external research sources.
- Understood and interpreted platform-specific metrics (e.g., Facebook Insights and other social analytics) and stayed updated on industry developments.
- Identified emerging trends and patterns in audience behavior, cultural movements, and digital landscapes.
- Presented findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provided insights that supported strategic decision-making for creative campaigns.
- Translated complex data sets into compelling, easily digestible insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Brandwatch, Sprinklr, GWI (or similar) as well as Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of digital and social platforms, including their key metrics and audience behaviors.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present insights to teams and clients.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and curious mindset, eager to explore new research techniques.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment.
