The role
We Are Social is looking for a Coordinator, Talent & Partnerships to join our growing team!
This role is a crucial team member who helps bring support to our brand partners, by
managing talent identification, contract negotiations, and content review. Your goal is to
bridge the gap between campaign strategy and talent reality through organized research
and proactive problem-solving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Research and identify prominent influencers, talent agencies, and management
companies using specialized tools to ensure every partner meets specific
campaign goals and brand safety criteria
Serve as a primary point of contact for influencers and management teams,
ensuring prompt, clear, and professional correspondence that builds long-term
trust
Package talent recommendations with comprehensive bios and multi-channel
metrics to provide internal teams and clients with a data-backed rationale for
selection
Utilize AI-driven features within Google Workspace and Sprout Social’s semantic
search to accelerate the talent discovery process and draft high-quality
communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build out program details and manage
administrative tasks across multiple workstreams
Address campaign challenges and shift priorities in real-time, escalating risks to
managers while proposing solutions
Requirements
1+ years of relevant experience working with Influencers and/or Talent
Management
Genuine interest in the world of social media and continuously following new
trends and staying on the pulse of culture
Enthusiasm for learning and asking questions
Proficient with Google Suite especially with spreadsheets
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Well organized with great time management skills
