We’re looking for an ambitious, brave and original conceptual thinker to help us crack social advertising briefs for some of the world’s most exciting brands.
Who We Are
We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with unrivalled social media expertise. With 1,300 people in 19 offices spanning four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.
We’re proud to be a multi-award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Pepsi, Meta and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date, from breaking into the metaverse to smashing records on TikTok.
As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.
The Opportunity
Do you have a passion for art direction or copywriting, and storytelling across different social platforms?
Do you want to work in an award-winning agency, creating campaigns for iconic brands?
We’re looking for a conceptual Creative to join the team here in London. You’d be working on campaign briefs from famous brands, and answering them with engaging, social-first ideas – or ideas worth talking about, as we call them. Your ambition should be to go beyond the everyday content we see in our feeds, and make work that’s unexpected, striking and brand building. You’d be working on clients such as Starbucks, Carlsberg Group, Lucozade and First Direct, crafting memorable campaigns that cut through in a permanently online world. There would also be some opportunities to work on brands such as Adidas, Adidas Originals and Amazon Music. Craft-wise, a love of advertising copy and the ability to entertain and surprise with words would be a distinct advantage.
Requirements
What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Created ideas worth talking about that are innovative, fun and inclusive – and crucially providing clear solutions to client challenges.
- Worked on big creative campaigns with a strong cultural focus/social insight.
- Presented to clients and senior agency stakeholders.
- Developed your craft skills (whether that’s copywriting, art direction or another related discipline).
- Had work entered into award schemes.
- Collaborated with different disciplines to get your ideas sold-in and made.
