The role

We Are looking for a Research & Insights Executive to work as part of an established and dedicated Research & Insights team.

We’re proud to be a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Pepsi, Meta and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date, from breaking into the metaverse to smashing records on TikTok. 

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

Do you want to be able to work in collaboration with other departments to truly understand the process for delivering award-winning work?

We Are looking for a Research & Insights Executive to work as part of an established and dedicated Research & Insights team. You will have assisted with the day-to-day delivery of reports through data collection and manipulation supported by a Senior Research & Insight Analyst. You will have previously collected and manipulated large data sets and be comfortable with delivering these with minimal to no errors.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Have successfully been able to pivot social media data and work in a timely manner to prioritise insights and recommendations, delivering results ahead of schedule due to expert technical knowledge.
  • Have been able to manage your own time, delivering more than one report concurrently and able to balance the intricacies of both.
  • You have successfully been able to explain social media data to multiple audiences. Delivered a presentation of findings to a non-technical audience and received positive feedback from the client on the direct impact of the work.
  • You have delivered content or an insight from social media or the industry that has been applied and was pivotal to the success of a brief or campaign.
  • Have written succinct reports, understood nuances and then delivered findings and recommendations from data points which spanned different audiences, markets, regions, languages and dialects.

  • Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above me or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Contribution of new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
  • Innate curiosity into why things have happened and answering the ‘so what?’ across your data and your projects
