Influence & Social Marketing Coordinator – CDD (12 months)

The role

We Are Social is looking for an Influence & Social Marketing Coordinator for a leading tech brand’s Devices & Services team, on a 12-month contract starting in October 2024. You’ll be joining the team responsible for promoting their smartphones, laptops, smart home products, and tablets in the French market.

As an influence marketing coordinator, you will coordinate and execute social & influence campaigns with partner agencies and internal cross-functional teams, and act as the main point of contact for PMMs. You will work closely with several teams in France and across EMEA, with internal partners (marketing, sales, marketing, legal, PR) and external partners (agencies) to ensure the overall success of the strategy. In particular, you will be responsible for (the list below being in indicative):

(1) Influence strategy and execution, in collaboration with our agency(ies):

  • Identify, select and manage influencers and VIPs fitting the brand spirit
  • Act as a strong ambassador (ie: know by heart our brand storytelling, product features and specs as well as embody our core values)
  • Be responsible for measuring, tracking and reporting our influence metrics and their contribution to our brand objectives

(2) Social planning and coordination, in collaboration with our agency(ies):

  • Support the foundation of our social strategy for 2024-2025 : role of each platform, brand message(s), role of our communities in France
  • Execute a plan in line with our brand agenda: yearly launches, animations & highlights
  • Brief & coordinate our partner(s) in the execution phase of our strategy
  • Act as their principal POC within the brand team, giving guidance and feedback and ensuring all productions meet typical standards of quality / creativity and deadlines

(3) Influence consulting for all Influence with 3P partners (retailers, OEMs):

  • In accordance with our influence strategy, be the consultant to the elaboration of Influence made with 3P partners by giving guidance and feedback all along execution

(4) Help scaling the FR Influence approach with X-functional teams (central, global, countries)

Requirements

  • You graduated from a business/communications school.
  • You have +5 years’ experience in Influence Marketing and, if possible, experience in an advertising agency for global brands.
  • You’ve already successfully coordinated and managed one or more at-scale influencer programs, and have an in-depth knowledge of the social and influencer environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the issues and strategic objectives of different product lines.
  • You have strong project management skills and pay close attention to detail.
  • You have a creative eye and solid experience in influencer and social campaigns.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You thrive in an agile and dynamic work environment.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual! You can switch easily between English and French.
