We are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Manager who’s passionate about championing our people and driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performance culture that embodies our values. You’ll be the heart and soul of our team, creating a vibrant environment where everyone feels connected and inspired.

Key duties include:

HR Strategy & Administration

  • Develop and implement the P&C strategy for Australia, ensuring alignment with our global offices.
  • Be the go-to for all HR queries and manage personnel documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and consolidate insights to continually improve our workplace.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from strategic sourcing to seamless onboarding.
  • Build our employer brand with creative strategies.
  • Develop and manage internship programs.

Culture Leadership

  • Keep our unique workplace culture thriving with initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive team-building activities, mentoring, and buddy programs that enhance collaboration and team spirit.

Training & Development

  • Identify and address training needs with department heads.
  • Implement programs that support continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage We Are Social’s training calendar, including technical and soft skills sessions.

Performance Management

  • Guide department heads through the performance management process.
  • Offer support on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Handle performance management issues with sensitivity and diplomacy.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Lead initiatives that promote a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and heard.

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Open to a part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
  • University degree in HR, business or similar
  • 4+ years in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HR policies and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A track record of driving cultural initiatives and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
