Role purpose

As part of the Creative department you will be working in defining and executing creative concepts.
In your day-to-day life you will collaborate with creative copywriters, content specialists, editors, among many others. Your task could cover anything from the start of the brief, to executing visual concepts. The work done in the Creative department is the cornerstone of our agency, and a team of people and departments work together towards building ideas powered by people.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creators are responsible for creating content across all media channels. This role is very “hands-on”, they are responsible for creating content for editorial plans and in response to clients’ briefs, relaying them to the Creative Direction. 

Their work is focused on campaigns, activations, editorial and digital content across different social media platforms. 

Responsible for design executions and creating visual response to briefs with the supervision of seniors and directors, Content Creators need to be natural social first thinkers, ready to expand on their skills.

Tasks of the job include

  • Ideation of concepts, content, and format ideas.
  • Strategic vision for content distribution.
  • Shooting and editing short videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts (editing skills with CapCut are mandatory).
  • Managing and creating editorial plans.
  • Managing a set, including with influencers, actors, or VIPs.
  • Creating scripts and briefs for internal production and for influencers/creators.
  • Supporting the team in responding to client briefs.
  • Leveraging trends and social media lingo to create reactive content.

Requirements

  • Be up-to-date on communication trends (languages and tools).
  • Solid knowledge of current pop culture, particularly in the entertainment world.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms, formats and features.
  • Adopt different tones of voice depending on the client.
  • Always looking for new and inspiring references, ready to share them with the creative team, but also with other departments.
  • Appreciation for great work and good ideas. Always seeking something new and pushing the boundaries in the art direction front.
  • Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns Always able to convert “our” social specialist knowledge into creative excellence.
  • Ability to work autonomously, and happy to team up with different creatives.
  • Able to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team with skills ranging from animation and video editioning, to photography or illustration.
  • Flexible and versatile, that’s to say able to easily adjust to make immediate changes in response to shifting or evolving situations.
  • Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks at the same time, of variety complexity.
  • Collaborative problem solver.
  • Open to feedback, whether from fellow creatives, or people from other departments.
  • Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas.
